WELCOME OUR NEW HIRES
We are proud to introduce our new hires, Anna Marburg and Maryam Soltani.
Anna earned her PhD from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 2006, studying Landscape Ecology. She developed her hydraulic modeling and GIS skills working on the Christchurch, NZ earthquake recovery from 2011-2014. Anna is also a certified floodplain management (CFM) professional with 3 years of related experience. In her current position as a Senior Scientist, Anna has been actively involved in project work related to stormwater modeling and planning, GIS analysis and mapping, and report writing. Outside of work, Anna enjoys hiking and gardening.
Maryam brings 5 years of civil engineering experience in water network infrastructure projects. Maryam holds a MS degree in Civil Engineering from SBU, Tehran, Iran. In her current position as a Project Engineer, Maryam has been working on stormwater, wastewater, and green stormwater infrastructure (GSI) modeling, and flow and rainfall data analysis. Maryam enjoys photography in her free time.
AQUALYZE CONTINUES TO SUPPORT SPU’S MODELING NEEDS
Aqualyze has been providing the Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) with modeling services since 2008 and has been the prime consultant for the Modeling On-Call contract since 2014. In 2017 SPU selected Aqualyze and its team of sub-consultants to continue these services for up to 5 more years. We look forward to this successful partnership in the future.
