SWMM CONNECT 2.4

SWMM CONNECT GIS is a wastewater/stormwater collection system modeling and planning software utilizing EPA SWMM 5 (SWMM5 version 5.013) model. This software provides a GIS interface to SWMM5, thus combining the power of GIS with our sophisticated relational database system.

Features

• Operates within ESRI’s ArcGIS 9.1 Environment
• Imports data from shape files, csv (text), and dbf utilizing field mapping
• Provides data management and modeling interface for the following structure types and quantities: manholes, storage nodes, pipes, pumps, weirs, orifices, channels, transects and cross-sections, infiltration, rainfall dependent infiltration and inflow (RDII), dry-weather flow allocation, sewershed parameters, stormshed/watershed parameters, groundwater parameters, and aquifer parameters.
• Provides graphs of pipe statistics, pump curves, population, area, flow allocation
• Provides pipe invert calculator to estimate missing data using number of options
• Allows unlimited scenario management capability
• Runs SWMM5 engine directly from ArcGIS interface
• Allows review of time series graphs and superimpose for various scenarios within ArcGIS
• Dynamically sizes pipes using interactive d/D ratio, q/Qmax ratio, depth above crown, or freeboard
• Generates CIP projects and theirs costs
• Provides library of commonly used rainfall distributions (SCS I, IA, II, III, SFWMD, FDOT, etc.)
• Provides library of typical hydrograph shapes (Residential, commercial, industrial etc.)
• Provides library of design rainfall from NRCS for all the counties in the U.S. (TP-40)
